Summary: The staff was very patient and polite trying to help me resolve issues that arose. The property is clean and the room was good. I was frustrated however that the water needed to run about 15 mins before getting warm, never really hot. Also the room air quality was not to my standards. However I appreciate that no matter what the concern was, any staff member I spoke to was very kind.

Summary: Had a great stay at HighRoad. Great location in the heart of Adams Morgan, and room was lovely and clean. Only thing to bear in mind is there's no lift, which is unideal - that being said, the person at the desk did offer to help with my suitcase if needed.

Summary: This place is within walking distance of a parking garage to keep your car and near the conference center. The bed is in a loft to climb a ladder, so if you are fit and do not mind the climb, this is a very cozy place to stay.
