Summary: Parking needs to be clarified. It should not be advertised as available parking. We were told only one vehicle could park on the property, our particular unit had to parking passes in it and that’s what we used. We stayed Dec 23-26th so it wasn’tparticularly busy, in fact it was very quiet and the views were beautiful! The hottub was right below us and very easy to access. It was checked and cleaned every morning..

Summary: Shelly was quick in the booking process and allowing us to check in a couple hours early. upon arrival we were greeted with fresh cut flowers and a quaint little house! After our first night there was someone there to maintenance the hot tub which was not communicated to us. We also had to ask for necessities like Propane, shovel, salt to make sure we could get out in the middle of the storm. The home was alot smaller than the photos but adorable on the inside. We would come back to the area again, but would recommend letting guests know of area attractions and set them up a little better. thanks for the stay

Summary: We had a great time in the Palmer Lake/Colorado Springs area. The Hiker's Hideaway was beautiful and cozy - just the right size for our family of four. It was very clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, too. Shelly even checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Thanks for a lovely stay!
