Welcome to the Marmot! A New-Construction Modern Tiny House on an Acre of Land at the Base of National Forest. Literally walk to the lake, eateries, or the beautiful hike/bike trails to reservoirs, overlooks, and boulder fields. This 500 sf retreat has a quiet bedroom sporting a King bed, an adjoining bath with walk-in shower, washer/dryer and an open bright kitchen, dining and living room area. There's also a covered Patio with a grill to relax on and take in our spectacular starry nights. The Marmot is a perfect quiet retreat for two. Due to the home’s size, no more than three overnight guests, please. Please inquire and request set-up before with us if you would like the travel crib provided or kids books/toys to be put out. Please check the pet fee line if bringing a pet so we can pay the cleaner for the extra cleaning time. Thank you!

Summary: The Marmot was beautiful place to stay! Alyce was responsive to any need that arose and her communications were always prompt and timely. Appliances appeared to be new - very clean. We had fun using the induction stove top. The location is in beautiful Palmer Lake and at night you can see the lighted star in the foothill right behind the house - amazing!Thank you for a wonderful stay - we would definitely book again!

Summary: This property was perfect for my husband and I with our Border Collie. The house was very clean and smartly decorated. The in-floor heating and thick walls, meant we didn't have to run the heater much at all. The nieghborhood was quiet and perfect for taking our dog for a walk. We loved everything about our stay and hope to be able to stay there again.
