Enjoy your time on this picturesque 10 Acre 5 bedroom home & gardens set on a 110 acre farm with 360 degree views of the Macedon and Cobaw Ranges. Built in the 1860's, the house still has the old charm with two wood fireplaces and modern conveniences.
The house has 5 bedrooms each with a queen or double bed, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room. There are 2 log fires plus deducted gas heating and air conditioning in the main living areas.
The property also has the historic Wattle Hill Barn that was built in 1860 and fully restored in the 1990's. The barn is listed on the historic buildings register for the Macedon Area
Enjoy the gardens and BBQ facilities including outdoor table and chairs plus the new games room located in the original shearing shed.

The property is a working farm so the owners maybe onsite at certain times to tender the farm potentially staying in the Wattlehill Barn which is a separate building on the western side of the main property. Guests will have complete privacy of the main Hillcrest house, games room and gardens during their stay.
