Positive: Nik met us with the keys and showed us the apartment the location was great and the views were good nice being above a pub, good location for sight seeing

Positive: My hosts Nic & Julia were excellent. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable to use as a base to explore North Wales. It was great being above the pub owned by the hosts which opened for a few hours Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings, great for winding down after a days motorcycling.

Negative: There is no where local to eat out, so ensure you are prepared to either cook or go into town about 3 miles away.

Positive: The location is superb with a great view from the shared balcony. The pub downstairs is very nice and would be a bonus when open and serving food. Although the shower is small it provides plenty of hot water.

Negative: The beds and settee are uncomfortable and need upgrading. With no food available from the pub (winter hours?), takeaways from nearby Ruthin are the only option to self-catering which was a bit inconvenient.

Positive: Lovely, roomy apartment, all facilities, and lovely views. Decent sized bathroom and bedroom. Good sized dining table and chairs, settee could have been more comfy but lovely skylight in bedroom so did my reading etc there. Lovely beams (although you did have to get used to them in places to duck).

Negative: The apartment was up two flights of external stairs, which I missed when I was booking, but the host helped us with our luggage.
