Summary: Greeted with a warm welcome. The staff are lovely ,leisure and spa facilities are excellent very relaxing,the room was big and clean and had complementary water and products, but was a little cold ,fine once I was in the bed . The girl at checkout was so helpful and informative , should probably of just asked for the heating to be turned on or up .

Summary: Freezing cold rooms, rude front desk staff at check in “you didn’t even book direct” (I guess having hotels .com status means nothing) TV did not work, not at all clean enough. Room service left in hallway 24+ hours. Not worth the price point. But you don’t have many other options in Monaghan.

Summary: Nice walking path adjacent to hotel. We had a sauna in the late afternoon which was welcomed. Our room was over the gym which was a bit noisy spa consideration when booking your room.
