Beautiful 1 Bedroom Loft Deluxe Apartment. This 1 bedroom private apartment tastefully appointed with all modern amenities yet reflecting on the historic and heritage design of the property. Fully stocked kitchen with all amenities including fridge, stove and microwave. The kitchen area has a table and is stocked with all amenities. The living area includes a cozy lounging area with large screen TV and a large sectional sofa to relax and enjoy the comforts of this beautiful property.
The bedroom is large with a King pillow top bed as well as closets and dressers for storage. The bathroom is a 4 piece bath with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. There is also complimentary ensuite washer and dryer in the apartment.
Sit out on your private balcony with a waterview of the Charlottetown Harbour and relax or read a book and enjoy the beauty of Olde Charlottetown.
There is free off street parking for your car also.
Centrally located in Historic Olde Charlottetown only 2 blocks from the entertainment district, restaurants, theater and 1 block from Charlottetown's Historic waterfront. Park your car onsite or walk anywhere. If you are looking for a private apartment for Business or Pleasure this apartment would be an excellent choice.

Perfect location in a very quiet neighbourhood in Downtown Charlottetown. Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront.
Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 1 block from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.
Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.
