It's a location that can't be beaten - a peaceful spot with an amazing lake view that's just about a quarter-mile from the heart of town down the hill. You'll be able to walk to the beach, the 73-mile Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, boat and bike rentals, the marina, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, live music, and fun-filled annual events.
The guesthouse is newly built and in truly wonderful condition, perched up above the main house on the property. The living space is bright and open, with large windows letting in the view and sliding glass doors opening to the deck and gas grill. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and both window-side and island breakfast bars. It connects to a living room with an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. Don't forget to take advantage of the home's seven-person hot tub after a fun outdoor adventure.

Summary: We loved the view, it was amazing. The outdoor seating and fireplace was great. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was great, we love making our own meals. My daughter has a few food allergies that is why we like to stay where there is a full kitchen. The disappointing part was the hazardous parking and the lack of assesssability from parking to the from door. Terrible hazard. The property should have at least had that completed. Not happy with that at all. Very misleading, the pictures from the website did not show that part. My husband and I has a very hard time, he had broken his hip in January and I a Traumatic brain injury last August, so we had a terrible time bringing everything down and backup to the car. Thankfully we had a teenage boy with us. As for supplies in the house. There was no iron and ironing board, clothes hangers, can opener, we couldn't get the T.V. to work until the last night. I'm sure we'll use this site again, but there has to be full disclose to assessabilty, someone could be really hurt. Properties should be completed befo6being rented. Thank you, Kristi

Summary: My mom, sister and I spent a long weekend here as a fun getaway. The view and outside area with gas firepit and bistro lights were spectacular, and the place was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The town was very cute and we happened to get to enjoy the Octoberfest celebration with live music and great beer, which was a blast. Thanks for the stay!
