Summary: This is a remodeled modular home. In some areas It's been fixed up pretty well. There's a very comfortable couch and a nice size TV! Lots of dishes and cookware. It's really nice to have a deck to sit on and look at the lake, wonderful view! It was really nice to have a dock and water access too, so that in itself is the main reason to stay here. However There's a strong musty moldy smell when you open the door and it took days of airing it out to lessen it. It was never really gone but tolerable, and there was a bug issue. Drain flies in all of the bathrooms and kitchen sink. Vacasa never really addressed this issue for us We had to figure it out on our own.We sprayed Raid in the drains.It helped quite a bit. It's at the end of a road, and it becomes a one lane road which is doable, but it's a good 15 to 20 minutes from Harrison. Not sure I would stay there again, but it may be worth it for the dock access for some.

Summary: Comfy clean place, with great dock area right on lake, nice for swimming off, had our boat with us, large fire pit for smores making in the evening! Near entrance to CDA river and Harrison. Deck with covered outdoor dining area with a perfect view of the water. Owner has shop next door, really nice guy, checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again!
