Positive: The proximity of the location in relation to downtown, where we attended a concert at the stadium was great; I liked being so close and in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The size was good for us--two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, great porch. The decor was a fun mixture and gave the place a relaxed vibe. I was very glad to have parking on the property and not on the street. When I contacted the owner regarding our check-in time, he was very accomodating and friendly. We hung out on the front porch and that worked well for us. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Negative: There were a couple uninvited people from the area who came up to us, one in the driveway, one up to the porch to ask for things. While they were polite and left, it made some in our group uncomfortable with complete strangers panhandling. While the kitchen had some dishes, they were limited. The picture showed a couch in the living room; when we arrived, there was only one chair and a couple bar stools. It would have been nice to have the couch.
Summary: Funky space that worked well for us to crash after a concert downtown. Worked out well for one night

Positive: Clean.For the price I suggest better lighting and please fix your driveway. That was HORRIBLE. Label your units clearly and light the doorways. That’s not a great area and even with car lights and phones we couldn’t see
Negative: Poor lighting, horrible broken driveway can cause serious damage to car, terrible lighting and unit identification

Positive: How much the stay was and how hot the water was
Negative: I didn't like the communication from the owner to myself once we got there.The owner never gave me the passcode to get into the house and the " cleaning staff had to let us in at 6:00pm" the cleaning staff said we could use the washing machine and dryer and left the door unlocked for us then when we came in Tuesday afternoon from work the door was locked and couldn't get in there to wash any clothes so that part of the house doesn't have a washing machine and dryer! Big down fall!!!!!!!! Also after trying to contact owner for passcode to enter the house they never got back with me that day or night and didn't answer any of the emails or phone calls for that monday evening! And still never got the passcode lmao! Thank god for that cleaning lady that day The floors had washing rags laying on it that never got picked up there were dirty dishes in the drawers and in the cabinets! Did not like the rocky floor in the standup shower the tub only had a hot water option and the bathroom was super colder than the rest of the rental .
