Great location!! City living with a country view. Enjoy the horse park view from the living room of this cozy, private 2 bed, 1 bath sleeps 4. Convenient to I-285 and downtown Decatur. Close to Emory, Fox Theater, Olympic park, Georgia Aquarium, the Ferris Wheel and everything Atlanta! Ponce City Market is great for shopping and dining and only minutes away. Stone Mountain Park is another Atlanta favorite and just a short drive east. Whether your vacationing, visiting family, attending events or just a break from the highway, the location is perfect for every reason to visit Atlanta. This cozy, private two bedroom home is close to everything! Private driveway with carport has plenty of space for more than one car. A small seating area is under the carport and a newly added deck added to the back of the house to enjoy all the views. Fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for preparing a meal or just reheating. Fresh towels, linens, hair dryer and some toiletries are provided. Paper towel and cleaning supplies are always available. There is a queen bed in first bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom. The living room has a a pull out sofa couch and a designated "dog couch". The "dog couch" is positioned for premium viewing. Watch the large tv with Roku channels, and other streaming. Pass thru room has futon type couch. The large back yard has a chain link fence 5 feet high. There is plenty of room for dogs to run. The treelined street is perfect for dog walking. Dog amenities make this better than pet friendly! The square footage of the home only allows 2 dogs and under 50lbs.
There are fees for additional pets. The horse park view from the living room is tremendous! Great established neighborhood! Enjoy your morning coffee with a pleasant view of the horse pasture and know you're just a short ride to the interstate and everything Atlanta offers! Summary: House was perfect for our needs. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Location was convenient to everything we needed within minutes. Our stay was for my husband to recuperate after surgery until he could travel. I could leave him for whatever we needed and return within a short time. Kitchen was great for cooking. All spices, etc there for renters’ convenience were plentiful and fresh. Horses brought joy to our long days inside. Absolutely would recommend to others. Would rent again if in the area.

Summary: We spent all of our time in Atlanta at the Aquarium. This house was only about 20 minutes away. It was nice to get out of the hustle of downtown especially on a football weekend. The house was spotless, the backyard is huge. And the people at the horse stable were great about letting us visit and ask questions.

Summary: We were traveling with our dogs and needed a place that allowed pets and had a fenced outdoor area. The yard was huge, and very well fenced. Home was very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, setup for pets with water/food dishes, towels for drying the dogs off, and poop bags. They had clear instructions inside the home on where to locate items, labels on switches, provided throw blankets, books/games, and luggage holders in the rooms. Basically, all the comforts of home. The neighborhood was quiet and located very close to restaurants, and grocery stores. We were very impressed and highly recommend this home, especially if traveling with pets.

Summary: Everything was so easy and perfectly placed for us! They even left dog bowls and had a perfect fenced in yard for our dog. The owners were so easy to contact and had details of the house and every area well placed. They even gave us restaurant recommendations!
