Summary: Worst hotel I ever booked on line. Filthy. Place was falling apart.

Summary: Room was clean but the carpet was filthy. No bed bugs or roaches like some other reviews. Hidden deposit fee of $100 that wasn't returned until a week later. Parking lot was terrible and full of potholes. There was paint peeling from the door. A/C was ok but could have been cooler. Not used but there was only a space heater if heat was needed. They only gave two towels at the front desk. No tissues in the room and only a tiny bathroom waste bin. No continental breakfast and nowhere to put my key due to early departure so I had to call someone who told me to leave it in the room. Lots of shady characters there. Couldn't get into the vending machine room. No coffee pot in the room. Very close to GetGo.

Summary: I had been in the middle of relocating and unfortunately recuperating from a stay in the hospital. This staff made me feel welcome, safe, and gave me all the assistance i could have hoped for. This hotel is run professionally, clean, and within reason, provides everything you might need.

Summary: Motel is a barebones and rough around the edges option for a very very low rate. That being said, the staff make the experience very inviting and try to accomdate you as much as possible. My situation required me to have a microwave and fridge in my room (pre-reserved). Upon showing up, a room wasnt ready with those ameneties, but the staff kindly upgraded the room to a full California King Suite to accomdate my needs with no additional charge. For a cheap lower end room reservation, I would book a room here again. Property has free self parking and morning coffee in the lobby.

Summary: The snack bar and Deli listed on the website doesn't exist on the Property, however, a GetGo grocery and gas station with hot & cold prepared food and drink is a short walk from the Hilltop Inn.

Summary: The room smelled like urine, had no remote to do anything with the tv, no fridge or microwave. The people who were outside were very loud. But other than that it was okay? I probably wouldn’t stay again though.
