Welcome to this spacious and stylish 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Beechview neighborhood. Designed for comfort and functionality, the home features two king bedrooms and five queen beds, perfect for families or large groups looking for a refined retreat. Natural light fills the home, highlighting the curated décor and upscale furnishings throughout.
The living area is perfect for gathering, with a leather sofa, armchairs, and a 55” ROKU smart TV offering local channels and streaming apps. The large dining table comfortably seats eight and includes a built-in shuffleboard for added fun. A fully stocked kitchen includes a gas stove, major appliances, and extras like a Keurig, espresso machine with beans, and electric kettle, making it easy to cook and entertain.
There are three bathrooms across the home: a main floor full bath with tub/shower combo, a second floor full bath with walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath on the third floor. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, hair dryers, and essential toiletries.
On the second floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: one with a king bed, canopy frame, and 50” ROKU TV; another with a king bed, work desk, and 50” TV; and a third with a queen bed, dresser, and 50” TV. The third floor offers two more bedrooms, each with two queen beds, cozy sitting areas, and 42” TVs—ideal for kids, teens, or groups. A laundry area with washer and dryer is also available for guest use.
Guests have full access to the home aside from a few locked owner’s closets. Entry is keyless via digital keypad, and free, no-permit street parking is available on a first-come basis.
We’re available throughout your stay for any questions or concerns and only visit the property if you’ve requested something or in case of emergency. A small nightly Resort Fee is included in your total and allows us to account for guest essentials and 24/7 support—this is not an added charge.
This home includes outdoor security cameras on the front and back porches, both facing the doors and recording audio and video. Up to two pets are welcome with a one-time, nonrefundable $100 pet fee. Parties and events are not permitted.

Summary: The property is as listed. It's an old house with updates...lots of character, creaky steps and all! We enjoyed our family get together, all 14 of us. Plenty of space for us all. Great location to get to city sights. Owner was very easy to contact and responds to questions. Enjoyable home in old town suburbs!

Summary: We had a great time at this property. We had 9 people in our group (4 couples and 1 single) and the house worked well for that amount. The pictures make it look like one of the bedrooms can only be accessed by going through another bedroom, but that is not the case! The living room and dining room were big enough for our group to congregate and not feel scrunched. Some of the updates were obviously done rather quickly, but those things don’t really affect your stay at all. The ceilings are beautifully tall, which means there are a lot of steps to climb. It wasn’t an issue for our group, but make sure the people staying on the 3rd floor can handle it.
