This impeccably designed home boasts gorgeous views of the Santa Monica Mountains. Right behind the house there are miles of picturesque hiking trails, yet we’re still close to grocery stores and shopping in the lovely town of Thousand Oaks, California.
The back yard is like a 5 star resort. Enjoy lunch by the poolside ,BBQ-grilled dinners in the gazebo, then relax by the outdoor fire pit sipping a glass of wine while you enjoy the spectacular sunset views. The house is situated on a half an acre lot and very private.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and we do not allow parties
Large sliding doors provide real indoor/outdoor living. Step inside to the family room with a cozy fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Melt into the large, L-shaped couch and enjoy popcorn and movies.
There are 2 comfortable dining areas — one overlooking the pool, the other with stunning mountain views.
The large well-appointed chef’s kitchen has a 6-burner gas range, built-in microwave/warming drawer and acres of countertops.
The spacious and carefully designed master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large designer closet with plenty of storage. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity with two sinks and an artisan-tiled rain shower big enough for two.
Bedroom number 2 has a queen-sized bed, ample closet and views of the the fruit trees.
Bedroom number 3 has a full-sized bed, dresser, desk and a view of the pool.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a luxuriously appointed bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.
All bedrooms have high quality linens and great mattresses.
In addition, there is a laundry room with an extra storage closet and full-sized washer and dryer.
Garden and pool service are included. Weekly housekeeping and linen service can be added for an extra $150.
There will be an additional charge to heat the pool .

Summary: My husband and I are from Thousand Oaks and visit often to see friends and family. We sometimes choose hotels, sometimes rental houses. This house was an excellent choice for us and we were thrilled with the stay. The house was even cuter than the photos showed, it was decorated and updated beautifully and the hosts left some thoughtful touches and gifts for us that improved our stay. Everything was perfectly clean and we were proud to invite friends and family to stop by and visit with us while there. The location is perfect for a family, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. We will for sure look to see if it is available the next time we are in town.

Summary: Very comfortable home, met all our needs for 3 senior couples coming to Agoura Hills for a destination wedding. Easily hosted casual dinner for early arrivals ( 15 people, cooked in). Love the multiple inside/outside dining areas. Very accessible, no steps into house from parking area (just door jamb)

Summary: This property was perfect for our requirement. A very clean / modern accommodation, located in a quiet part of Thousand Oaks - albeit within a short distance from the great shops, restaurants and other facilities that TO has to offer. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our stayed immensely - hence the reason why we have rebooked this property once again for next year....

Summary: we stayed here for 16 nights and we didn't want to leave. The backyard was so peaceful and private. Multiple places in home (both inside and out) to relax/unwind and very tranquil. Home was full of beautiful plants and personal touches which made it feel like a home. Great location and close to shopping/restaurants. Kitchen was great. Owners were very responsive. Would stay here again!!!

Summary: We loved this amazing property! A wonderful hidden gem at the top of Thousand Oaks. The location is private yet close to everything. The backyard spaces are gorgeous and very peaceful. The chef's kitchen is a dream. We stayed during the Christmas holiday, and we were greeted with beautiful, thoughtful decorations throughout the home. The attention to detail in making us feel welcome was unsurpassed. Thank you for making our family holiday so special.

Summary: We stayed at this amazing home for two weeks in order to quarantine to see elderly family. Myself and sister-in-law worked and my 10th grader was in school. It was more than what all three of us were hoping for! We were a bit concerned as the home is new to VRBO, but let me tell you - it is even more beautiful than what the listing images show! The home is stunning, the outdoor areas are incredibly peaceful, even fountains and waterfalls! I will most certainly be staying again in the future!

Summary: Totally perfect property and owner. Everything was as-advertised or better. Communication with owner was great, very responsive.
