Summary: The unit could have been cleaner. The overall appearance was a bit dirty. Baseboards needed cleaning and there was urine around the base of the toilet. The front desk attendant was also very rude to my husband when he asked a question.

Summary: I was not pleased by the ladies at the front desk. When I arrived, they did not ask if I’ve been there before or anything. As with other guests, (specifically other races), they gave them guides explained the process and how to get around the property. With me, I was piece milling everything together. In fact, they only told me about the $75 the morning I called to extend check out. (Again, wasn’t told of this process but that checkout was at 10). I wasn’t even aware of the food options, how to call a bell man or anything. With me being a content creator and knowing a lot of people - I cannot now recommend this property as I don’t want my friends and family lost or treated poorly by the front desk staff. Every time I’ve called to find out information, I was met with a nasty attitude as if I should have known or they should have told me when I arrived. No one told me anything! The island is gorgeous but find somewhere else to stay that’ll make you feel welcomed and honored to be a host. All the other staff were super pleasant including all my bellman.

Summary: I really liked the view. The room was pretty nice and clean. The grounds were a bit dirty with litter in the parking lot. The food at the restaurant was just ok. My wife got chicken wings and they were so touch you couldn't stab a fork into them. The bartender offered no compensation. But the staff was generally very nice. Oddly the cleaning staff were the friendliest and most willing to help. The driveway up the hill to BlueBears has many broken down vehicles, one up on blocks which gives a general feel of unsafe when you first get there.. but then you realize thats just how most places look off the beaten path. If I was the owner, I would not allow those broken vehicles on the path up to my building. But all in all, it was a decent, safe place to stay and the price was right, so we were okay with it.
