Positive: Centrally located to Charlotte Amalie. Walking distance to shopping, good food and cruise ship piers. Ronita was extremely helpful with information, getting a 1st time VRBO in with little difficulty.

Negative: Address doesn't synch with Google maps or Waze. Be sure to get specific directions. There is a little bit of traffic noise in mornings and can have some musical entertainment from cruiseship pier in early evenings.

Summary: Well-located with a wonderful view.

Positive: Close to everything!!! Location location location !!! Last minute accommodation but it was in the ideal location ! The owners are kind and responsive. The accommodations met our needs.

Negative: Unfortunately we got locked out of our room and missed a day at the beach. The owners worked to help us get in the room. Ultimately it was just sad that the lock went bad. We appreciate the effort… but that type of stress just shutting a door on vacation is undue! However it’s just an unfortunate event… that cost us time. 3 hours just gone!!! The beaches close early and rerouted our entire day. We made the best of it… hope that all interior doors are checked in the future.

Summary: Location is everything… a mishap with a lock malfunction but the host were kind and assisted getting into the area.

Positive: Beautiful stay walking distance to the mall and restaurants! Had everything we needed. Place was very clean. Hostess was very friendly and professional and responded immediately to answer our questions and provide helpful resources such as a list of trusted taxi providers and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!
