Positive: The location was good.
Negative: The first night was very cold . The bed had not been aired there was no hot water bottle so I could not warm the bed up before I got in. I think I was the first person to stay in the house this year.
Summary: The house was nice. What let it down the most was my first nights stay.

Positive: Great location in a very friendly and beautiful Devon village. It felt like home from home and had all that you could wish for. Nice touches of milk and orange juice in fridge on arrival. I enjoyed the cream tea which was in the kitchen ready for our arrival along with a slice of Xmas cake. Festive decorations in the lounge were a nice touch.
Negative: Having to open the window when showering. Also the positioing of the toilet roll upstairs could be improved. Maybe a free standing loo roll holder would solve the problem.
Summary: We would love to return to this very cosy and comfortable house.

Positive: Loved Hilltop, such a gorgeous cottage with everything we could need for a stay. The beds were super comfy! Loved the village and close by amenities.

Positive: The house was lovely, had everything we needed. Quiet area, beautiful views. Enjoyed the scones, jam and cream, plus orange juice which were left for us, wonderful touch. Loved the fire place with all the necessary to get it going, cosy and warm.
Negative: We personally found mattresses too soft but that is just a personal choice. Need some dustbins upstairs to make it easier.
