Positive: Manni the host went above and beyond for me and my partner! He was so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, we loved walking along the beautiful grounds. The breakfast the next day was delicious. We will be coming back! :)
Negative: We liked everything! (Maybe a few biscuits to go with the tea and coffee if we're being really picky)

Positive: We had very nice breakfast. The views were really amazing. We have views of the valley on both sides and there is sunrise view if you get up for it. There is lovely pond further down that you can walk up to.

Positive: We received a very warm welcome from the staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was first class and very comfortable and had a superb en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and everything was meticulously clean The location had wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and we look forward to staying again.
Negative: Better signage would be helpful.

Positive: Owner just establishing this property. So not everything fully functioning yet. But.. Stunning view of Hilston Park as approached.. . Nothing too much trouble for Manni the Manager... Stayed in converted outbuildings. Very clean and comfortable... Breakfast was served to us in a front facing beautiful dining room in the house .Great views. Excellent waking area. The grounds of the House include a lake, beautiful wildlife areas, an advanced adventure area used for outward bound. Breakfast was quite limited. Ours served in House dining room. There is also a canteen in the main house. Main House is amazing. Manni has promised to get a tea pot! When they're really up and running will be even better. Very welcoming. And great for chikdren.. Monmouth town nearby. Easy to get to. Thank you to all the staff we met.
Negative: Breakfast choice and presentation could do with improvement. More choice welcome.. And a teapot!!?

Positive: Great getaway to the countryside! Location was excellent, there was a castle located nearby with a beautiful river running beside it. The owner was very welcoming and was kind enough to show us all around this Manor House, the build was absolutely beautiful and so were the grounds that it sits on. It had its very own lake with many activities to do. Great for couples and small/large groups!

Positive: We have just returned from a fantastic short stay at Hilston Park. We were incredibly impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at Hilston. From the cleanliness of rooms, the beautiful setting, watching the sunrise over the hills, meeting the resident dog Hugo, and just generally having a fantastic time we would definitely return. We had a delivery from the local kebab and fish and chip shop, for some excellent evening food, and took advantage of the morning breakfast service. I’d highly recommend Queens fish and chip shop that deliver for £3. From weighted blankets, to smart TVs where you can log into your own TV apps, it was a home away from home. Underfloor heating, hot shower, heating throughout, all the comforts you could need. With the offer of a football a large field for my kids to run around in, it was relaxing and offered beautiful scenery for a fantastic stay in gorgeous Monmouthshire, many thanks to the team at Hilston
