Positive: I have been an honors member and have been using that same Hilton whenever I'm in town. In the beginning I was there and for the same price had a smaller suite and the room was dirty. I will attach photos but I was super surprised.
Negative: Not a clean room, no bottled water in the room because I booked the Hilton like always but it was through booking. The bottled waters were not taken out of the refrigerator but room temperature when my guest came down to ask. I didn't get my honors but I'm not worried. I just say I'm really trying not to leave anything negative, never had a bad experience. There was a splatter of something on the front door in the suite and the mat in bathroom to walk on way filthy, just was placed in the tub on the clean side. New thing since April is paying/scanning tickets to get in but There was no way but you couldn't scan your ticket to get out. Every time I buzzed for help they automatically lifted the gate. They know it was broken. I had to purchase 4 parking tickets the two nights I was there. Look, I will still always use the Hilton but in early April the room was higher up and amazing. There were no parking tickets, the room was not dirty nor the towels. I just hope something was just wrong that weekend. Also every time my first name switches to my last even though when I set up the weekend it was still proper. Thank you, Raegan Miller

Negative: The room wasn’t that clean. The refrigerator was filthy, food from the previous stay, it was so dirty. I asked for towels it took over a hour. And lastly the pool was filthy no chairs by the pool it wasn’t welcoming and neither was the lifeguard. If I was alone , I probably would’ve left, but I was with my elderly mother and aunts and I don’t want to move them.
