Positive: Good transportservice to and from the international airport (free and every hour sarting from 4 am). Good parking that is protected. Kitchen was open till late at night?
Negative: Had not enough time here to "explore" this big hotel :-)

Negative: At the beginning of the holiday we stayed and I have posted an excellent review- sadly this time was very different. The hotel was overbooked and too full- we were asked to have different rooms and there were people everywhere. There were conferences and football teams staying whose behaviour interfered with other guests enjoyment- such as clipping toenails on the stairs and having massages with doors open visible from the pool. The other problem was the poor communication between the front of house staff and restaurant/bar staff. The breakfast boxes for takeaway were poor.

Positive: I love staying here! Very convenient and close to the airport. Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby, pool area and dining room.
Negative: The bathroom left some to be desired. The shower water pressure was way too strong. And the floor of the tub looked like it was under repairs.

Positive: Staff is always magnific, as is the restaurant and it's food. The menu has improved a lot. Prices are reasonable. Jacuzzi is clearly the winning highlight of the trip.
Negative: The weakest point are the room's bathrooms - Old showers with uneven spray or potency, toilets that sound randomly during the night.
