Positive: The location was good for Brooklands, it was quiet, clean and had easy access to Motorway.

Negative: Beds were not at all comfortable, lumpy with noisy springs. As I sat on the bed it moved about a foot, almost depositing me on the floor. Had to continually ask the staff questions, like what time and where is breakfast and WiFi access details, Also parking is an additional £8
