Positive: Room was smaller than expected but clean, breakfast was lovely but it could do with more varieties.
Negative: Phone in bedroom was not working despite reporting it, but it was not fix and no one got back to me. I had to walk to the reception to place room service order twice in two days.

Positive: The staff were very good; friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was reasonable and the room was clean. I was upgraded to a larger room, as I was there for a special get away with my wife and was a bit disappointed at first with the un-impressiveness of the first room. The upgrade was slightly better, but not much.
Negative: I just felt that for the amount I paid, I did not get the type of room that I had expected. Afterward I found that I could have gotten a considerably better deal at the Holiday Inn for far less money. However, they told me that it was too late for me to change my booking. Also, there was no swimming pool or Jacuzzi, so I was a bit disappointed, although I should have enquired concerning this.
Summary: It was ok, the staff were great, but I was a bit disappointed.
