Summary: Overall, it is a clean modern facility and an enjoyable place to stay when I am in Columbus. The staff is competent, professional and pleasant to deal with. The few times I've had minor issues, they moved quickly to fix the problems. It's close to the mall for shopping and several nice restaurants, and it's right beside the interstate if you need to visit some other part of the city. I always choose Polaris rather than downtown when in Columbus.
