Summary: Everything was excellent, except i was glad I brought my blackout mask as the blackout curtains didn't cover the window. I spotted one lonely silverfish in the bathroom, which, for being on the 15th floor, was curious There was no paper around so new clue what he might have been chewing on.

Summary: We stayed at the hotel for an Investor Expo training for our business. The front desk folks need more training in the area. We were given wrong information from staff. I do want to give a Shout-out to Crystal that works at the bar. She was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff should take some training from her.

Summary: This hotel is really nice, nice enough for the Korean air flight attendants to stay here Check in was easy, he greeted us with a smile although it was 2 am ( delayed with airport rental car) Bed was comfortable nice hot shower, decent amenities I don’t know what it is about Texas but everyone was so nice and friendly it made my trip so pleasant I want to come back
