Summary: Don't charge me to park my car in a lot that is on your premises. That's an insult for a faithful Hilton Honors member in a hotel that isn't in a city center.

Summary: Fabulous hotel with the most amazing bridge views, right on the water front! Hotel was clean and staff were great. Would not go back to the restaurant again, service was terrible and food was just ok. There is an espresso maker in the hotel lobby which was nice because local coffee options are limited.

Summary: Great hotel and surrounding areas until you go about a half mile radius around the property. Easy access to Philadelphia. We parked on the hotel grounds, but I did not know we had to pay for parking so being charged $100 after our trip was a surprise.

Summary: Complimentary internet service was down during my stay. Also, this place is so new and “updated” that some explanation for how to move around the hotel is necessary, especially for older people like myself. I was give zero instruction and when I went back to ask for help, I was just given words instead of the front desk person walking the short distance to the elevator. Just a good way to step up customer service.
