Summary: Hotel is awesome, staff was awesome. Only negative was that guests from neighboring hotel which is not as nice would climb the fence and take up majority of the pool.

Summary: The lobby and hallways were renovated and fabulous and the check in was quick and the staff were amazing and friendly. The suite was spacious but the couch in the living area was shallow and missing an ottoman. The bathroom was slightly small for the suite’s size but had a large walk in closet with drawers across from it. Both tvs in the suite were smart tvs and had Netflix and YouTube, unlike some of the other hotels in the area. The added wipes for the remotes and toiletries were a nice touch. Overall a very nice, spacious suite.

Summary: The location of this hotel is literally on top of a ghetto room by the hour motel next door. Didnt feel safe parking my car overnight and was watched by homeless people in the parking lot unloading my car. Breakfast was extremely underwhelming and they had servers for drinks but not for coffee, that was self serve. Servers also brought you silverware which I am guessing was the way the kept motel guests next door from coming over for free food. I don’t know how this hotel got such great reviews. It was 96 Degrees outside and my room was a hot 77 when I checked in. I turned the air down and went to dinner and came back and it was still hot and air didn’t seem to be on when I left. I went down to front desk who informed me the air conditioner is motion activated, so if you are not in the room it does not run. They did say they turned the mode on to VIP which apparently means it runs without the motion sensor because I complained that the air would shut off when I was sleeping, which they agreed it would, but if I got up to go to the bathroom, then it would kick back on. We also didn’t use the outdoor pool because it’s 5 feet from the ghetto motel next door, literally. Only positive thing was the beds were comfy.

Summary: Did not like that my room was not cleaned - bed made, fresh towels etc. Apparently it’s only done every 2 days and we only stayed 2 nights

Summary: The hotel itself was excellent. I only have two complaints. The first being the location, which isn't something that can be changed, but it drove us nuts being right across from an ER with ambulance sirens going off at all hours of the day and night. Better soundproofing would be in order if you're going to pick this location. We got little to no sleep. Second was the room service food...it felt like we had ordered from door dash, plastic containers and silverware, cold and coagulating, instead of freshly made on nice plates from the restaurant downstairs. We would have gone to a nice restaurant instead had we known.

Summary: This property is lovely. Tommy was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Staff is very friendly. We chose it because it was a short distance from the Columbia airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Nice clean hotel but don't count on their shuttle service. Both coming from and going back to the airport my shuttle never showed up. Had to call hotel and wait till they found me another ride.
