Summary: Hotel is in a great location with plenty options for dining or hanging out. Front desk lady at check in did not listen to requested accommodations and was a tad snappy. We did not have any other issues with front desk interactions. Rooms are a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable.

Summary: The rate I paid included breakfast. The breakfast was a continental breakfast of cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit (which was above average). Anything else was ordering from a menu. I was still given a bill with an amount and request for a tip - with the server insisting it would be "taken care off". This was very discomforting. I also attempted to purchase high speed internet - it did not work and i was given and error code. The billing evidently worked as it was on my final bill - although i had to ask specifically about it.
