Summary: Customer service was top notch! In a world like today, when customer service is at an all-time low due to the nature of things, this hotel, seemingly never forgot and really stepped it up! We stayed here as a part of a longer trip and everyone could see that I had my hands full with my two toddlers. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comforted, even though my kids were running a muck.

Summary: We didn’t know the hotel was under construction when we booked. The thermostat in the room didn’t work. Maintenance was able to bypass the thermostat and use the wall unit, but it was extremely noisy. The bathroom had no fan.

Summary: Hilton always has the best customer service. Staff is friendly, helpful and make the stay very welcome. The location does have traffic noise, but the location is super convenient. They are currently remodeling..

Summary: The property and the staff were great! They were in the midst of some construction so it was a little off we will say. I k ow there is not a lot they can do in the midst of that. I would stay here again.
