Summary: Everything was great in the room and for breakfast. The elevator was not working. I am glad we were only staying one night and didn't have much to carry up the stairs. Check in person just said "elevator is busted, there are the stairs" I thought she might have offered a room on the first level, but she seemed too distracted to pay any attention to us. She started asking me questions that I had already answered with the online check in. I asked why, then she stopped asking for more information, said something about not uploading my id, which I had already handed to her. Why spend the time filling out online if they aren't going to use it for check in? I would stay there again, hopefully the check in person gets training in customer service and how to welcome and pay attention. She can read whatever she wants on the computer when a customer isn't standing there waiting.

Summary: Overall it’s a good place with friendly staff. But it’s too noisy when you have the first floor room and next to the stairs. Bagels are not fresh from their breakfast.

Summary: Overnight stay. Location was convenient off the highway. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast had many choices. Staff persons were nice and efficient.

Summary: Staff was incredibly friendly. Room was clean. Overall great place. Only thing to note is that there are two LaQuinta hotels in the Springfield/Eugene area, so pay attention to which one you're headed to if you're searching google maps.

Summary: Room was clean, beds comfortable and hotel was great. Very convenient to many restaurants and easy access to shopping, the U of O and I-5.

Summary: WiFi was not working in the guest rooms during our stay, only in the lobby. Hotel staff said they were “working with their internet provider,” so I would definitely check on that before booking. Really not worth the price without WiFi.
