Positive: Everything was good as far as quietness of room, location, staff. Cleanliness is big factor in my choice of places to stay. The room was very clean and I even felt comfortable walking on the carpet barefoot. I loved the shower!
Negative: Not sure there is anything. The pet fee was higher than most places we have stayed but acceptable for our 2-night stay.
Summary: Our stay was good and overall comfortable.

Positive: The layout of the room and the amenities were great! The sheets and the duvet were perfect. I wish I had them at home! The hostess did an excellent job of checking me in and answering my questions. Breakfast was tasty, and the variety was perfect.
Negative: There needs to be a mat to stand on for the shower. The shower bottom was slippery. I was with two 71 year olds and they decided not to use the shower since I had a bit of trouble with the floor being slippery. Also, I could not get the shower head to switch to the handheld side. The beds were hard and had no give. The pool room was extremely warm, and the windows seemed to be corroded by rust. None of them were functioning to let some of the heat and humidity out.
Summary: Not what I was expecting from a Hilton.
