Positive: Ground floor room was great, front desk staff went out of their way to correct a room issue as well as a communication issue. Being attached to the ball field was wonderful and allowed us to watch part of the game.
Negative: Handicapped parking was limited and all spaces filled so we had to park further away which caused some issues for my husband's mobility disability. It was his 69th birthday and the hotel indicated via email they would do something to celebrate the occasion but nothing was done; big miscommunication there. Room was very clean but BLAND and dark. Felt like we were in a bowl of clam dip.
Summary: Solid B+. Not the best HGI we've ever stayed in but very adequate.

Positive: Great location to ball park and downtown Manchester. Clean, well appointed rooms, plenty of towels, very nice linens and comfortable bed and pillows. Deck bar overlooking the ball park was busy and lively. Dining area and menu looked very nice although I did not partake. Staff was friendly, helpful and well trained.
Negative: Parking lot needs more lighting. I observed several people driving around for 20+ minutes looking for a parking space. Perhaps do a better job of restricting parking only to those staying at the hotel.
