Summary: Paid a premium for a king suite with separate lounge area for our toddler. Disappointed to find poor quality old spring beds and flat pillows. The comforter was very thin and scratchy. Woke up with sore back. No extra pillows or blankets in room. Called front desk and had to leave a message for more pillows but they never came.
