Summary: The hotel has a welcoming lobby, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, the rooms were a letdown—the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the space could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. Unfortunately, due to the poor sleep quality, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: The bathroom needed a good scrubbing around the sink and the air conditioner, when running sounded like a freight train! Bed pillows were great.

Summary: There was a 1" spot of either blood or red ink that bleed out on the flat sheet. Since we checked in so late, we pulled off the top sheet and slept with the comforter that night. They changed the whole bed sheet set out in the morning. Also, there was no lotion in the dispenser on the wall.

Summary: They were overbooked for doubles so I was "upgraded" to a suite. The room was dirty, greasy fingerprints on the tables and doors, hair and dust on the back of the toilet. The room had obviously not been deep cleaned in a while. The front desk was apologetic and offered to clean or switch rooms. I selected cleaning and the maintenance man was sent up right away with cleaning supplies. He wiped everything down to my satisfaction. I also received a free breakfast for my troubles as a courtesy. All the staff and especially Lindsey were super nice. I would highly recommend their restaurant, Jackson's. It was excellent.

Summary: While this hotel is seamingly out of the way, it was the perfect stay to wait for and then pick up a friend from PIT, about 25 min away. It’s the exit before the new toll road to the airport, in a super quiet location (there’s an on-site steakhouse with no vegan food, or a Subway that closes early across the street, but I was able to easily order food delivery). The desk folks were kind, and the room was clean and very comfortable. Parking was also really easy.

Summary: Everything was great accept the woman at the service desk charged both my debit card and my travel companion's card for the full price of the room when we checked in. It was supposed to be split half and half. When we checked out my partner's full amount had been refunded back to his bank and I was stuck with the full amount. The woman at the desk ( another woman) said it would

Summary: It was pretty good, decent room, quiet not noise so we were able to have a good sleep. Clean room. Bathtub/ shower may need be upgraded.

Summary: Morning breakfast Staffs were very friendly. The bathtub of room was small. I thought that bed making service comes every day, but they didn't pick up used bath towel first day.
