Summary: I don't appreciate the hotel wanting to charge for a room charged when all my purchases were on my credit card and I have the receipts to prove it.

Summary: I’ve now stayed her 3 time in the past 4 years. The rooms are average. The staff are always friendly. My issues are: your price is premium for the level of quality. This latest stay I had a suite. A bedroom where there’s no clock, the tv is so low you can’t watch it in bed and overall it’s as bland as an Amish spare bedroom. Summary: The Hotel has been with food service in the kitchen and bar area since 1/7/25. I booked through Expedia, Hilton never disclosed the kitchen was closed. I paid extra for three nights to have breakfast included, and they never refunded me as they said I would be. Hilton should let folks know the kitchen is closed before booking at their hotel.
