Other Policy Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges, please note, on college football weekends the hilton garden inn state college requires a 2-night minimum stay that is nonrefundable. guests will be charged at time of booking, our property is currently under renovations. all amenities, pool, fitness center & guest laundry are closed from 4/1/25 or until further notice. mercato mio restaurant and bar & main lobby will be closed on february 3rd 2025 until march 3rd 2025. guests will need to enter through the side patio entrance which is to the right of main doors.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: The staff were amazing. The location was great and a very quick trip for me going back and forth to the hospital to see my loved one.
Negative: It’s unfortunate because the hotel was nice, but it was so loud. The floor I was on people were up until about midnight screaming and yelling in the hallways running around. We had to call the front desk twice to ask them to have the people move the party back into their room so we could get sleep.

Negative: guest control, there was a tournament in town and a BUNCH of kids running up and down the halls banging doors at all hours of the nite.
Summary: we had a short stay but the facility was nice. Roudy kids but was ok kids will be kids

Positive: Check in was easy. Chelsea was friendly, efficient and helpful. Whole experience was enjoyable. Room was great, bed and pillows comfy and it was spotless!!!! cleaning staff did an exceptional job !
