Summary: I think i read that we couldnt leave our pet in the room unattended. So she came with us everywhere but it cost $100 to have her stay with us. We werent in our room very often except at night. So we paid $100 so she could sleep there. Nothing else. I understand and agree with a non refundable fee for the pet but$100? Too much. Not at all happy with this fee.

Summary: We got there Friday night and so tired went to bed soon after arriving there. Saturday morning we went to our Granddaughters for breakfast. Spent the day wedding dress shopping and planning for her June wedding.. My husband went to bed i stayed up and watched tv. All the sudden an ugly bug comes out from behind the picture. Just one. It stayed up by the ceiling and crawled towards tge light. Eventually it flew down and i was able to trap it in a cup. I took care of that bug but couldntsleep all night thinking more were going to emerge. It being winter and very cold i wasnt too alarmed (only paranoid) i didn't even report it. As im typing this i feel stupid i let a bug get the better of me. The room otherwise was very nice. The bug incidence made me realize this isn't the hotel for us. We left Sunday real early. I needed to get out of that room. It was only one bug. But it was ugly.

Summary: I have been going here for several years. It’s always a great value and the property is always clean and in great shape. The staff is always friendly. I had no complaints at all about my room. It offers the right amount of amenities for the room rate.
