Summary: Our stay was very good overall. It looks like the hotel has been recently renovated. It looks great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided any information we requested. The location is great in terms of being close to Purdue's campus and is very close to dining, coffee and entertainment options. The only drawback is the parking. Guest can park in the city garage behind the hotel for free with a validated ticket which is great. It's just cumbersome to use. Outdated signs tell you to park on levels 6 or 7. This isn't necessary, but the staff didn't tell us that upon arrival. You just can't use reserved spaces. Also, you access the hotel from the garage by walking across an "alleyway" and entering the basement level where you may have a long wait for the elevator. Only one elevator goes to the basement so if you catch the wrong one from your hotel floor, you'll need to switch on the lobby level. Things could be worse, but guests should know this aspect of the property.

Summary: Great place to stay. Short walk from Amtrak train station. Great place to eat in the building, although meals not included with stay. Staff was great! Our train was not due to arrive till 10:00 p.m., so staff stored our luggage for us till time to catch our train. Even though our train was over 3 hours late they allowed us to hang out in lobby till train arrived.

Summary: The hotel seems to have opened recently or maybe underwent remodeling recently, as everything looked very clean, updated and modern. E liked the new bathroom appliances, the beds were comfortable and the lobby was very welcoming. Great place to stay in West Lafayette, within 20 minutes or less walk to Purdue campus.

Summary: When I checked in, the front desk was very cold, which was ok, not everyone was in good mood every day. When I checked out, I was annoyed a bit with the same guy, the same cold face with minimal communication again. I was got really annoyed until I ended up paying my overnight parking even though he validated my parking ticket. It turned out that that was a "process" to follow to avoid the payment, and he didn't say a single word about it when he was validating my ticket!
