Summary: Purchasing the breakfast add on was well worth it. One hot plate cost the equivalent of the daily add on, and feeding a family of 3 for 5 days, it ended up being a big money and time saver for us. Everyday my husband and I had eggs, sausage, bacon And potatoes, and our son had the waffles! Plus cereal options, toast, pastries, juices and coffee!

Summary: I've been to this property about three times in the past 10 years. It needs a facelift. One elevator was out of commission. There was trash in the hallway cabinet. A look ight bulb was out in the room and one of the TV remotes wasn't working.

Summary: Overall it was a nice hotel to stay for a few nights. Only drawback they did not offer continental breakfast and the first 2 days there was no AC in the hallway.

Summary: It was OK nothing to brag about nothing that I will share with my friends and family. The TV wasn’t working and one of the rooms and one elevator was only working.

Summary: My son and I stay at this hotel was very nice Purpose of this stay my son had his prom 2025 at Jericho Terrence and we live in the Bronx so it made things easy for him to get ready have a great night and come back to stay the night at the hotel instead of traveling back to Bronx late at night I choose this hotel for the pool as well so while he was at the prom I stayed on the pool Unfortunately the jacuzzi the water was at right temperature but the jets weren't what they should have been comfortable bed goodnight sleep pillows wasn't our favorite but I think that's with alot of people some bring there own pillow the room had a microwave Keurig and refrigerator all were a plus definitely would stay again if I needed too also a plus close to places to shop and get some food or food delivery close to buses and the Long Island railroad which we took here and back home since I don't drive hope this helps you choose to stay here

Summary: The hotel needs a makeover; the rooms are below average, and the beds are uncomfortable. The friendliest worker I interacted with was the lady who helps you place food orders in the lobby restaurant area.

Summary: For a Hilton brand hotel the hotel property needed a lot of work and routine maintenance. We stayed on the 4th and took the elevator. Upon arrival the elevator sounded like it was going to break and eventually did the next day; leaving one working elevator. Our Jr. Suite needed new carpet it had ruffles in it. The bathroom needs to be caulked. We had to buy our own batteries to get the remotes to work after asking for the assistance from the front office. The week day breakfast attendant was rude. This hotel advertised free breakfast but it’s not included in the stay. I ordered the cook to order breakfast and it came out barely warm.
