The recently completely renovated Hilton Homestead is one of Mandurama’s historic buildings. Situated on a working cattle farm within 40 minutes of Bathurst, Orange, and Cowra, Hilton Homestead is perfect for those looking to experience the serenity and solitude of the open country while still being close to regional centres. For a local experience, the property is only a 10 minute drive from the historic town of Carcoar and 30 minutes to both Millthorpe and Canowindra.
Ideal for small groups and families, Hilton Homestead has five (5) beautifully furnished bedrooms with two king beds, one queen, one double, and two singles. On request an additional bed can be added to the office as a sixth bedroom, to accommodate 12 people in total.
The kitchen and dining areas are stunning with an adjoining outside entertainment area on the verandah overlooking the expansive garden. You can also relax in the lounge room in front of the fireplace, the sunroom or the TV room.
The homestead is fully equipped with a coffee machine, internet connection, Netflix, reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the entire homestead, a combustion fireplace for the cooler months, brand new equipment including Weber BBQ, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with cold water and ice maker and clothes washer and dryer.
For those looking to escape technology, several of the areas famous wineries and restaurants are only a short drive away. For nature lovers, regular guests at the property include kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats, and wedge-tailed eagles and there is plenty of space for play in the garden for children and adults!

Summary: What a beautiful, inviting house. When we arrived late the lights were on and the fire was on for us! The bedrooms are all very large and comfortable. We couldn't stay long but the house had everything available to guests and we enjoyed the stay. We would love to come back and enjoy all of the surrounds next time we are heading that way! Summary: Amazing. Hilton Homestead is a dream place to spend a long long-weekend celebrating a birthday. We were a group of 9 and the house was perfect with plenty of beds, chairs, and space for us to all socialise but take some time in our own space. The house itself is so wonderfully renovated and appointed and the gardens are so nice, I only wish us wasn't raining most of the time we were there so we could enjoy it more. I would recommend Hilton Homestead to anyone thinking about a country break. Thank you.

Summary: It doesn't get better than this if you want a large home to stay for. few days. Beautiful old home with lovely appointments & furniture & fully stocked kitchen equipment in an idyllic setting. Outdoor fire pit got a lot of use, the kitchen let us cook some fabulous meals and the beds, heated bathroom floors, verandahs and garden seating all added to the experience. will be staying there again

Summary: House was beautiful, very spacious, spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. We stayed over a very hot weekend and the air conditioning was a delight. Plus wifi! But our favourite part was the amazing bathroom - huge and nicely renovated. Megan was an accommodating host and very easy to deal with. Hope to come back again for a longer stay and take the time to really enjoy the serenity.
