Negative: The room smelt, there were bugs in the kettle, queen bed was hard and you could feel the springs went to single bed and there was bugs (like little flys) under the pillow and sheets.

Positive: We were pleasantly surprised as the rating for the property was low. The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation although by no means new, was clean throughout. The linen was clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi wasn’t available, for us it wasn’t a problem. There’s no tv which also wasn’t an issue. The motel is well located, close to town. There is a lovely park across the road. There is a delightful walk along the wetlands adjacent to the park.

Negative: No problems.

Summary: It’s not the Ritz but it’s a good place for an overnight stay if you’re on the road.
