Positive: The location is fantastic the views are worth staying for
Negative: I didn’t like 70% of the staff, I didn’t like the fact if you ask them to do something it doesn’t get done, they don’t bring you your change and they are not as helpful as they should be in a five star hotel! Joanna, marco and manuel absolutely fantastic the rest are hit and miss. Also the food on the terrace is shocking, we had nachos! Stone cold and not enough cheese and fillings! Can’t believe a chef at the Hilton sent those out!
Summary: The view from the top makes the trip, hotel standards are bang average!
