Positive: Monia was an excellent host. She paid close attention to all details. Made sure we were comfortable and we felt at home. The house was impecably clean and full of charming details such as flowers , complimentary coffee, cookies, water, milk, wine, etc. Also all her restaurant recommendations were spot on. Simply inspiring, we will definitely would love to come back!
Negative: Driving narrow Como streets can be challenging to a non local. But the location of the house is perfect if you wish to be near the excitement but feel completely at peace when arriving at your place.

Positive: The place is EXCELLENT, even better that in the pictures. Location is also great, with very good transports link just in front of the apartment. The best of all is its host, Monia’s attentions by far makes her the best host we ever have had. She is super responsive and always keen to help. We’ll definitely coming back if we return to Como and I fully recommend the place!!!

Positive: The property is ideally located in the hills above Como, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the lake in a very peaceful setting. The house is incredibly well-equipped, with everything you need and more. We had the pleasure of fresh eggs from the owner's chickens (don't worry, they don't make any noise). The air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen is much appreciated, especially in hot weather. The terrace allows you to relax while enjoying the incredible view (umbrella pines, hill). Monia is always available if we have any questions, and the magazines prepared for us are a great help.
Negative: No air-conditioning in the 3-bed room (although a fan is available).
