Positive: The staff all friendly and very helpful Our room was big and had mostly everything we needed Dated so no outlets next to the bed and carpet on the floor ..needs to be updated but was clean and comfortable ..We ordered food at the pool and it was very good but expensive
Negative: Dated ..need’s maintenance on most everything ..pool hours short and Spa area nothing working …fee for the resort ..parking far away but they offer Valet for a price,… sewer smell in the halls at times

Positive: The property is nice but the staff is what really negatively impacted our stay. It started with check in. They charged my card the full amount for the weekend after I had already paid the full amount through booking.com after trying to explain it to the night desk clerk, she cried and walked away. It’s now one day after check out at my account is still missing the money. I incurred overdraft fees and the Hilton did nothing to help. The night staff is immature and had no customer service experience or just don’t offer it. The Saturday pool bartender (female) was rude and told us she was out of rose, Sauvignon blanc, Pinot Grigio , whipped cream and cherries. You have a full bar and restaurant just up the way that you could have gone and got these items. She was so rude and then was unable to make any mixed drink that we asked other than something simple like vodka tonic. The next day, Sunday at the bar we had a great bartender. He said he was usually the manager at the restaurant and he was able to do whatever we asked. These two issues with customer service are what make people not come back. I’m still missing over $600 from my account and I know my overdraft fees will not be accommodated either. Who knows when I will get the money back and I’ve spent at least three hours on telephones with booking.com as well as down at the front desk at the Hilton. I brought this to their attention the first night of my stay, Friday. It is now Tuesday and I have no money returned to me. I am a Hilton honors member, but I probably will be switching to Hyatt.
