Summary: Very comfortable to stay close to the airport terminal. Getting to Gatwick from London in the morning can be a bit busy and stressful. Much more comfortable to walk under roof from the hotel to the terminal. Super breakfast, spacious room and good bed. Reasonable price too.

Summary: It’s starting to look a bit tatty now and it is not a quiet hotel. We had an adjoining room with a family the other side who came back at 11pm and put the tv on and started having loud conversations ahead of our 4am wake up. Not their fault or particularly unreasonable but some soundproofing would be good.

Summary: Hello, Stay was ok but the tv didn’t work on arrival and the flush continued to flow for an hour. The maintenance did fix the issues. There was also a power cut so from around 11pm onwards there was no power! We were not contacted to check if we were ok.

Summary: The hotel is very close to south terminal of Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and have all the facilities expected at this standard of hotel The downside is that it has no parking yet. The carpark is being constructed In the meantime you have to park in the carpark near to hotel which charges £60 per day even 12 hours costs £50 I don’t remember seeing this on the website when booking.

Summary: There was a long wait at check in but the receptionist when we reached the front was very polite and engaging. The beds were comfortable but my bed had some sticky paper in it which made me question the cleanliness.
