Summary: Teddy P & Sarah at the front desk showed what great customer service really is and how you can make a lasting impression on a guest. They took the time to chat with us a tell us about all the amenities this beautiful hotel had to offer. Teddy P especially stood out for her friendliness and tell us great places to go for food. This hotel will be one definitely on our to-do list for the next vacation because of Teddy. P

Summary: The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. The hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t work. The shower head was leaking terribly. I called about the hot water and outlet and no one came up to fix it. Horrible.
