Summary: Overall experience was very good. Air conditioning in our room was not working like it should compared to others in our party with different rooms. Dealers at casino had absolutely no personality and we were dicouraged from going back to the casino due to their attidude. Will stay elsewhere for our next visit.

Summary: Not so good came to this hotel in 2011 and still the same old fashion bathrooms and tiles from the 80's also eliminated pool table ,bikes and game room nat the same NO evolution its decreasing need actualization

Summary: The beach is not the greatest, but the hotel grounds are sprawling, pool is nice, staff friendly, rooms are spacious. Great location for exploring the south coast of PR.

Summary: Hotel needs to update, beds are very uncomfortable and old, there was no water pressure and the last day there was no power at the hotel, elevator not working and we were at the 5th floor. Price per night not worthed, I'll recommend the Aloft.
