Summary: Its a very good staff and pleasant. They recognize me from past stays . The property has a few issues since become a Hilton property...one example the bath towel it was with holes. I literally told the housekeeping they need to trash that towel, as matter fact that towel should never being in guest room period.

Summary: Very nice hotel and great location in Porto Alegre. Lots of restaurants and shops around. There is a nice park nearby for walks. The food was great. The gym has a good variety of equipment. The spa services are very good. Every once in awhile there were some weird smells that were not pleasant, but overall great place to stay.

Summary: It’s ok. No water bottles or kettle provided though. I asked for a kettle and they charged me 30 reil. Kind of annoying considering you are not supposed to drink the water.
