Negative: Dirty - hairs of the cleaning stuff all over the floor. Floor is dirty Hotel bar food is poor. Delivered cold, when asked to bring it one - they just microwave of dry it, which makes it even worse Breakfast selection is not changing during the week

Positive: The location is unbeatable for business travel in Taiwan. It sits right next to a bullet train station. The hotel is new and well-appointed.

Negative: The room had all amenities but I did not sleep well in the bed. The side of the bed was too close to a wall so getting out of bed was not easy. The location is good for business but for culture and sightseeing, you better take a train to Taipei or elsewhere.

Summary: New, comfortable business hotel in a non-tourist location.

Positive: Breakfast was good with a varied selection. The room was large and bed very comfortable.

Negative: The roof top swimming pool wasnt as good as photos made out, there was no bar of cafe alongside the pool area. The whole ambiance of the pool area was disappointing. The dinner menu in hotel wasn't great with no clear explanations of food choices in English. but maybe that is just Taipei food.

Summary: Hotel good for business trip. Comfortable with a great breakfast choice.
