Summary: Hilton in Den Haag is very nice hotel, everything is nice clean quiet, Blue Blood restaurant is Amazing, love the outdoor restaurant next to the water so cool, I put on my instagram, love it will come again, I am telling ppl who come to Netherlands to stay at Hilton Hotel, location is nice too !!

Summary: Cleaning forgot trash bag on the table in the room and on another occasion they forgot to stock up on in-room coffee. Other than that everything was good. However, one important note about parking. If you go there by car and expect the hotel to have parking facilities they don’t. There is a car parking garage operated by Qpark in the basement with no ties at all to the hotel. So don’t expect the hotel to be able to assist with any issues you may experience with regards to parking.

Summary: When we arrived at the Hilton about noon I was not feeling well, my husband asked for an early check-in and within an hour we were able to get into a room so I could lay down. They even delivered a bowel of fruit and some bottled water to our room, they were a very considerate staff.

Summary: The facilities were great and room spacious. However, we were frustrated when the systems went down so we couldn't check in for a while. Additionally, the system to rent the bikes was down almost our whole stay, which was disappointing since that was one of reasons we selected the hotel. The room was clean, but the carpet was also wet when we got in.

Summary: Uneven service. Clumsy in-checking, did not explain that they would be withdrawing the tourist tax daily from our credit cards. Housekeeping forgot towels, refilling amenities like tea and coffee, glasses etc. However, the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and well equipped. Shampoo and conditioner of mediocre quality. But all in all, good value for the money
