Summary: Overall, a decent choice for stopover. We were surprised that at 3-4pm timeframe, there was only 1 shuttle at 3:45pm. We ended up taking a taxi to save time since we were tired. The on-site restaurants -- one was closed, the other was super expensive, while the lobby cafe is acceptable (but somewhat pricey). The 7-11 is useful to get to-go food to eat in our room. There were many airline crew staying here. Overall, the hotel is a bit sleepy and nothing to do nearby. We wanted to go to AEON mall with their shuttle but was told it would take 45 minutes each way.

Summary: Reasonable hotel and location. 2200 yen cab drive from Narita airport. Clean and comfortable and would benefit from an upgrade.

Summary: Absolutely fine for an airport hotel, slightly dated and the rooms smell a little of damp but nothing too bad. Staff were super helpful and the airport shuttle and 7/11 in the lobby are both very convenient

Summary: A very convenient stay close to Narita Airport. A shuttle service from the airport to the hotel runs repeatedly and is well signed posted. The website for the Hilton informs you which bus stop to wait at from each terminal. Inside the bus/shuttle there is communication on where you are heading and which stop is coming up in English and Japanese. All this and the fantastic service at the Hilton was greatly appreciated after a long 10 hour flight.

Summary: We love it that it is very convenient for a short stay and the shuttle service to the airport is a plus. The personnel at the restaurant (buffet) were not that attentive. Basically the only attention they did was when they seat us and after that never came back to the table for anything. Other than that we liked everything.
