Summary: The stay was great! Clean hotel, all staff members were nice and courteous. The check in was quick. I will say the parking garage may need expanding, once the lot is full your limited to where you park or go. Otherwise I enjoyed and will return.

Summary: Stay was ok. Upon arrival our room was not yet ready. This was already after 4 and after a 12 hour drive we had to wait longer before gaining access. They are really pushy with selling their time shares or whatever it is they are trying to sell from the time you check in. They offer a master card to go to their “open house” but be aware it puts another hold on your card if you agree. The game room should be open 24 hours but the security guard kicks you out at 11 PM. Our bed was very uncomfortable, almost as if it were broke the way it leaned. Our check out day, the cleaning crew walked in our room while we were still packing up, without knocking and before check out time. The front desk was phenomenal from check in to check out. Beach access was perfect.

Summary: Pool was good , elevators were slow and one ended up needing service . So with only one working elevator for 10 floors of people was a little annoying . 50 dollars to rent beach chairs and umbrella a day .

Summary: No I did not enjoy my stay. There's no parking there to accommodate large vehicles you have to go through a whole inconvenience with security to park on the south side. It cost us a lot of anxiety. And the general manager contact me to give me back credit I'm still waiting for.

Summary: We got in late Wednesday night after a delayed flight in Orlando. The doors were locked, but we were let in right away for a seamless check in. Upon arriving to our room, we were greeted to a giant roach-like bug in the entry way. When we called the front desk, we were told that there was nobody on site that was able to help us and to just kill it and someone would come by in the morning. Nobody did. However, our service did increase. We were constantly check in on. The service at the Tiki Hut and pool area was top notch. If back in Daytona, I would return to this hotel, mainly because of proximity to the bandshell. I just wish we didn’t start our experience with a buggy situation.
